Technical Service & Operations Center

In 2023, IMAGEMAN developed the architectural design for CANAL SERVICE's technical service and operations facility, created for the parking, maintenance and everyday operation of specialized machinery. The project is driven by functionality and clear logistics — large covered areas and open-span steel structures provide comfortable circulation for heavy vehicles, while service, technical, administrative and staff spaces are integrated into a single efficient complex. Its architectural language reflects the industrial character of the facility through exposed structural elements, clean geometric forms and extensive glazing, with the client's signature blue accents incorporated throughout — transforming a purely utilitarian facility into a contemporary and recognizable expression of the company's identity.
