KHLEBUS – Café • Bakery redefines the neighbourhood bakery, combining artisan baking, specialty coffee, and a welcoming café within one architectural identity. Positioned directly opposite Pyatigorsk's central bus station, it was conceived around the rhythm of travelers and local residents passing through, giving guests a warm place to pause with fresh bread and pastries. Rather than hiding preparation behind the counter, the bakery's craft is celebrated as part of the atmosphere, with sightlines to product displays reinforcing the connection between baking and hospitality. Wood, neutral finishes, soft lighting, and large panoramic windows keep the interior calm, welcoming, and connected to the city outside.
