Restaurant

Kumkuma – Restaurant occupies a building with its own history: a Soviet-era dormitory that once hosted cosmonaut Valentina Tereshkova during her visits to Gyumri. Rather than erase that memory, IMAGEMAN reinterpreted the architectural vocabulary of Kumayri — Gyumri's historic district — through proportion, materiality, and craftsmanship instead of literal period reproduction. Dining areas unfold as a sequence of interconnected spaces rather than a single hall, framed by natural stone, textured plaster, warm wood, and handcrafted details that read as authentic and deeply rooted in place. Lighting emphasizes those textures, carrying the atmosphere from daytime dining into evening gatherings.
