KATSIN – Restaurant & Dining Bar was designed around a distinctive personality rather than prevailing hospitality trends, treating architecture as an inseparable part of the dining journey. Dining areas, bar, circulation, and service zones were arranged for a seamless flow that still preserves a sense of privacy, supporting everything from intimate dinners to lively evening gatherings. Rich natural textures, refined finishes, and custom architectural details are shaped by lighting used as an architectural element — emphasizing volume and texture rather than simply illuminating the room — to create a layered interior with real depth and warmth.
