KTOOR – Yerevan Cuisine reinterprets the cultural identity of Yerevan through architecture, interior design, and gastronomy — not by recreating traditional Armenian motifs, but by translating the city's warm stone architecture, intimate courtyards, and everyday character into a contemporary hospitality experience. Open perspectives and flexible seating support both intimate dinners and lively social gatherings, while natural stone, warm wood, textured finishes, and handcrafted details are drawn out by soft ambient lighting that shifts in mood through the day. Built around storytelling rather than a fixed style, KTOOR lets cuisine, architecture, and cultural memory become inseparable.
